The Crab Lady staff is so unprofessional here and very rude. I called at 3:30 and told them my order. They told me to come up here. I get here at 4:00 and they told me they were sold out. Mind you I already called and ordered. The cashier yelled out that she had a date tonight and was frustrated. They proceded to turn away several people that called in their orders. I usually love The Crab Lady but the staff here are not very friendly anymore. The lady is mad because “she has a date” and too many people are ordering. The other cook came out to tell people they are sold out and if you called in “oh well should’ve came earlier”. The establishment closes at 5:30pm but she states how tired she is and will be closing the doors in 20 mins. When it’s only 4:30 pm. The other staff they had before was better and friendly.
