The CPAP is not a store, so if you need to purchase something for your CPAP, i.e mask, hose they will not sell those items to you.
Horrible experience with this vendor. Be very careful if you need supplies quickly. I had a rush order which they called and confirmed, I paid $150+ in expedited shipping for next morning delivery. They never even processed the order. I was two nights without my CPAP. Couldn’t sleep. They still charged my card over $450 dollars. Be very careful and find another vendor to get your supplies. Nightmare level experience.
Georgette was wonderful and overly kind. Helped me sort out an emergency as my mask broke completely. Will be recommending them to others. Thank you!
The staff is so friendly and attentive. We are on vacation and forgot our son’s headgear portion of his vent mask. His particular mask is discontinued so we would not be able to purchase an exact replacement. The staff didn’t give up but found a suitable replacement so our little boy is well rested for his vacation! Thank you so much for being a caring human being and providing what we needed to help our little man sleep!
Waited while the office personnel finished talking about whatever they were chatting about and nothing…they couldn’t care less that I was a customer waiting patiently. I decided they apparently didn’t need my business so I left. There are plenty of other options out there. A friendly hello I will be right with you would have been great and I would have been happy to wait.
