We have been using cozy barn for the past year. They have been the most reliable company we’ve used so far for pellet stove services. The technician that services our area is friendly and informative. We are very happy with the services and will keep recommend them to others. :)
Greatest customer service and support from the crew here!! Had a blown fuse and a bad ignitor in my pellet stove. The owner explained and showed me step by step how to replace both, and when I did it at home, it was a success. Have used their services since I moved out here in 2007 and have never been disappointed. Thanks to everyone at Cozy Barn for your professionalism and dedication to superior customer service.
Very helpful staff. Fair pricing
Don’t buy Truman pellets from Cozy Barn, aka Hinton and Sons. The pellets are defective, 2 inch long pellets are throughout the 40lb bags. These will jam your pellet stove and cause it to shut down. Cozy barn has been knowing there’s an issue but still continues to sell them with checking the delivery from Truman before selling to the consumer. Be advised!
