Took over 45 minutes to get our food and it wasnt even busy. 3 other tables. Had picked it thinking bbq would be fast since it's already been cooked all day. Husband got a burger and the patty was premade, so not sure what the hold up was and then the food was very bland, the pulled pork was dry and crunchy at times. Not worth the price or the wait.
This breakfast buffet has plenty of options to choose. The food is fresh and warm. Overall, this 15$ buffet is one of the best breakfast places I've visited in Idaho.
We went to the Cowboy Kitchen in Island Park for dinner. It must be under new management because the advertised prices and the serving sizes were different than those indicated on some reviews. The prices were high. The food was most undesirable. The smoked "chicken breast," which was actually a 1/3 piece of a chicken breast, very dry, dehydrated, and so tough that it was hard to cut into. Worst ribs ever. No meat, overcooked. I also got the carrots. No flavor and cold. The beans were good.
Sign going in says $14.95 breakfast buffet, waitress said no it's $15.85. Online it still says $14.95. When we at the dinner the other night my husband's burger was good but very pricey. My chicken sandwich was very dry & not very good. Fries were undercooked. Not worth the $52 bucks it cost us with water to drink & $8 tip. Breakfast today was cold & more like a cheap hotel continental breakfast. The warmers were not keeping things warm.
