This place is amazing; I love the area. My apartment is so specious and I love that. Outside it's always clean, my respects for maintenance people that wake up everyday to clean after others. I also got meet Fernando and oh my God he is the best!!!!

Toured Corland on Cherry Creek and absolutely loved the property! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are top notch, and the whole community feels welll cared for. Perfect location for a long term stay - close to shops, restaurants, and trails. The staff was welcoming and made the experience really easy. Excited to hopefully stay here soon!
I have lived in Colorado for almost 12 years, and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. This morning I woke up to find warning stickers on both of my cars threatening to tow them. even though my account is active. With the road being closed for repairs, parking is already a struggle. Instead of offering support or solutions, management chooses to threaten us with towing. I’ve also raised concerns multiple times about dog waste being left everywhere, yet nothing has been done.
