Been here for 7 years and still having a bug problem. 1st couple of years it was house flies, then those big black ants and gnats that bites. Still having the gnats, ants and now roaches. If I knew how to put a pic on the review I would. Now they are trying to sue me for court cost, termination fee, and legal fees. When we agreed that i won't be paying for nothing. I’m a residence at the Covington apartment. I’ve been here over 10 years. I’m loving it when I asked them for a favor to fix something to come and fix it. I have no issues with them. I’m hoping I will stay there a little longer.
Don't move in here if you have alot of stuff. Jenee McMath is giving us a hard time about how cluttered our place is because we have a lot of stuff. She specifically went behind our backs to get us evicted instead of asking or telling us to move stuff around which we would've done. She also claims it's a "health hazard". We have stuff under the stairs, and stuff THAT IS EASY TO MOVE blocking the entrance of the patio. I know she doesn't like my mom but come on, be professional and not petty.
