helped my friend move into her apartment here and renee and sterling the management were so sweet and very helpful glad my friend is moving into a place with nice and understanding people!! edit- my friend has now lived there for a year she’s had a stalker that lived in the apartments that management did nothing about (he’s a registered S/O) and management has came in her apartment multiple times with no notice no knock or anything it seemed amazing at first but it slowly went down hill i do not recommend moving here!
My partner and I are interested in moving to Covington Apartments. Jenee has been so helpful to us during the application process and alerting us to our spot on the waitlist frequently. Her communication with us during this whole process and experience has been very thorough and straight forward, I appreciate everything she has done to help us get in to an apartment quickly!
The landlord goes beyond & above her duties. She helped me with the whole process . She is amazing & she was sent straight from Allah Akbar. Inshallah
It was me and my fiancé second night here at Covington Apartments last night. We love it here. Jenee is the best property manager you could ask for. She was very helpful, communicating back and forth with us when it comes to returning calls. Jenee makes sure to call you back and answer any questions you have. All this to say, thank you so much, Jenee. Covington Apartments is a wonderful place you can call home.
I had a great experience living here. The staff is awesome (especially Jenee', the manager, and the folks doing maintenance work). The apartments are pretty good for the price, and they're well-maintained. Parts of the building are a little dated, but all in good shape. The immediate area is a nice residential area (behind the complex) and a busy commercial road (in front). It's a doable biking or bus commute to downtown Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti, and there are lots of interesting things to do nearby.
