I still have not received my test from 12/21. There is no way to contact them. I have called all the numbers I could fine online, including the one posted on the initial email in case we have "questions" and no one has reached out to me. I have not been able to access the portal with the QR-code I was provided as "the name can't be find" but I did registered and received the initial email. I did leave a message and hoping for someone to contact me back.
Best service ever! My flight got postponed so i went to 4 different places fora new test and all canceled on me because it was too late in the day. Got one finally but they were unclear about when the results would be out. Found The COVID Buster last. Service was so smooth! Got the swab in less than 5 minutes of waiting. Got my result in less than 2 hours. Told them my flight was that night so they bumped up my priority. 1000% recommend.
