Red flag from jump Worst management experience, didn’t feel welcomed as potential residents at all. Called and called to inquire about rental information on MONDAY, phone calls were never answered, so we went to the property that same morning to apply and view availability we were only able to speak to someone via Ring camera who was very dismissive, told us we can find all info online which we took as a red flag to find somewhere better managed and operated

Rude property manager Please don't rent from this property. Until the owner, replaces his current 2022 staff. The woman is very rude & unprofessional.

BIG RED FLAG! Everything it bad ! Plumbing issues, maintenance very rude, people in our very rude, parking issues, bug infested!

Was there for 3 years I got this apartment when I moved out of my parents place.. I was just starting out. I had the 2 bedroom townhome.. Neighbors and surrounding people were nice, not to much noise but sometimes would have some loud folks. Walls are paper thin!! You can hear your neighbor pretty much ( sorry neighbor for all you heard!) Got married and shortly after got pregnant so had to get a bigger place. I will never forget this place and they were always good to me..

Hate it They are not well put together management changes every month they turn your water off with out notice don’t fix anything . My townhouse has been flooded from other people houses and they just act as if they don’t care. Like I’m over Shadowbrook a sad place to live and oh yea they have a bad rat problem ????

Not a fan I’ve lived here for two years now and I hate it. My bathroom has got what appears to be mold on my faucet in the tub. I’ve asked them to fix it and they do other minor things instead. You’re right on Yale road so you hear the traffic all day and night. People who don’t live here park their cars in the little spots we have. In my honesty opinion you pay way to much and get very little in return.

Management sucks I have lived their for 6 months. When I moved in I paid all the fees that were required including prorated rent. I have paid my rent by the due date every month. Twice I have been told that I owe additional money and when they look at the records I apparently did not owe anything. 2 weeks ago I received a call stating that I owed 200 dollars and asking when would I make the payment. I was working and requested that they check their records and call me back as I am paid in full. I did not get a call back when... read more

the worse this is the worse place to live security don't be here .u get rob o well the office the one that be in there she don't know how to talk to people plus she talk about tenant when other people are in the office , no knowing that kin folks are the ones she are talking too ,u call about a problem u have to wait until at least three days...bugs every where because its a bad water leak....not a good place to live.

I was going to move here until... I liked everything about this complex expect the lady in the office. I think her name was Belinda. Everyone else was so very nice. But that lady was very rude no only to me but whoever she was on the phone with. She was screaming and yelling at the person. I decided right then that I didn't want the drama of having to deal with her if I moved there. I quickly changed my mind.
