Not a fan I’ve lived here for two years now and I hate it. My bathroom has got what appears to be mold on my faucet in the tub. I’ve asked them to fix it and they do other minor things instead. You’re right on Yale road so you hear the traffic all day and night. People who don’t live here park their cars in the little spots we have. In my honesty opinion you pay way to much and get very little in return.

the worse this is the worse place to live security don't be here .u get rob o well the office the one that be in there she don't know how to talk to people plus she talk about tenant when other people are in the office , no knowing that kin folks are the ones she are talking too ,u call about a problem u have to wait until at least three days...bugs every where because its a bad water leak....not a good place to live.

I was going to move here until... I liked everything about this complex expect the lady in the office. I think her name was Belinda. Everyone else was so very nice. But that lady was very rude no only to me but whoever she was on the phone with. She was screaming and yelling at the person. I decided right then that I didn't want the drama of having to deal with her if I moved there. I quickly changed my mind.

I'm looking to move here I'm looking to move to this apartment complex. I went in for my first inspection, fell in love with the apartment until I opened the closet in both bedrooms and saw roaches oh my God I liked of died. I'm really thinking now. Should I sign my lease or keep it moving. The people in the office seem to be cool or whatever. I just don't know about the roaches though they got to roll.

The Coves at Yale They are amazing apartments no complaints on my end not a bad apartment the people in the office are excellent and respectful it's quiet around here they have security on point and it's just a nice place to live. I had one mantince problem and I called them and they came and took care of the problem asap. They have a thumbs up from me.
