I was happy with everything until I made a payment in full. After I made full payment you have not responded to installation of a fan that you promised. I have made numerous attempts to contact the project manager and he has failed to return my call and give me a time that the fan will be installed. This has caused me to have a negative opinion of The Covered Patio. I am still waiting for an answer
Had our patio, garage and front entry coated. Service was good excellent, pricing fair. Very happy with the results, would not fail to recommend. 5 stars!
So thrilled with our new patio. They arrived on time and did a terrific job on the patio. Everything was a smooth process with them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone to work on your patio!
No not at all, I was lied to about install date, lied to about the materials used and they even put it in the contract wrong.
We LOVE our Covered Patio install! Some of the best money we have spent for our backyard! We would definitely recommend and use them again in the future!
