This has to be the worst customer experience I've dealth with in years, unbelievable poor customer service. They calling them, good luck! Try emailing them, they get back to you in 3 days! Beware to any Canadian customers. Ordered a hot tub lifter which I need to return unused. Rather than sending back to Burlington, ON Canada, where they shipped it from, they are making me pay and send the giant package to Florida.
Terrible company to deal with,don't stand behind there covers.
UPDATE…10 months later and now the cover is soaking wet every morning. Clearly the Vapor barrier has already deteriorated. I’ve had hot tubs for over 20 years and never had anything like this happen to my covers. These covers are complete Mexican-Made GARBAGE! $800 down the drain! ORIGINAL POST: Beware…Mahogany colour is very dark online when ordering and a very “not dark” brown when you get it. Won’t be ordering from here next time!
Horrible warranty program. My cover is 1.5 years old and now cracking at the fold. This never happened on my previous 7 year old cover which was from the manufacturer of the hot tub. Cover guy says it is NORMAL wear and tear. What a lie! They offered 10% off a new slip! What a slap in the face! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! YOU ARE WARNED!
