We have had the new cover for our Spartan brand hot tub for about 6 months. It is an amazing upgrade from the original cover. It arrived very quickly. They did not have a pattern for our tub, so we made one and sent it in. They made a perfect fit. The day after our new cover was on the hot tub it snowed quite a bit! Our custom made hot tub cover just came in. Couldn't be happier with the product. Fits perfectly and better than the original one we had. We had priced two covers out with the store we bought our hot tub from and Cover Brothers Lid was substantially less in price and what's even better, made in Ontario. So light and easy, I've recommended Cover Brothers to my hot tub friends.
Excellent service and an excellent product. I was nervous to use the "measure your own" option but after a quick online chat and phone call, I was confident to submit my own measurements. The finished product is extremely well built and arrived on my doorstep in a well protected package. The seams and materials are strong but very light and the colour was a perfect match to the website. I am impressed and look forward to years of low maintenance.
I purchased from the Cover Brothers a custom made spill over spa cover for my in-ground pool hot tub. I sent them the dimensions over the phone and George was very knowledgeable and guided me with the measurements. Few weeks later. I received the cover and it looks great and very good quality. I recommend contacting them if you need a custom made hot tub cover.
We received our hottub cover during the spring/summer time period within 6 weeks of ordering it, and it fit perfectly. I was surprised by how relatively light it was. It is now January, and it is insulated so well that the snow on top of it is not melting at all. We enjoy our hottub year round. We're so glad we have found such a trustworthy company we will definitely use them for any future needs.
