Mike & George were amazing to deal with. I believe customer service is the most important part of dealing with any business. These guys were great.
I am very pleased with the excellent fit of my custom made hot tub cover. The colour was more cinnamon than the tan I was hoping for. My only concern is the stitching. There are a lot of loose ends sticking out everywhere and I am fearful of how weather resistant the thread will be over time. I had a horrific experience, with a previous custom cover from a different company, involving rotting threads, which started within 2years of use.
