Worst living experience of my life maintenance never fixed anything in the 5 years I lived here. I personally fixed my own garbage disposal and dishwasher, replaced the thermostat several times. run from this place so not rent here. I've had property stolen, it's loud every night, had a maintenance scream at my disabled mother because she asked him not to damage our property while he was doing something. just don't live here y'all.

Excellent Since moving in over 3 years ago a lot has changed for the better, is there still room for improvement? Of course nothing is ever perfect but they’re doing great at achieving close to it.

Here we are going on two weeks cant use the kitchen sink cause the handle broke so we had to call the fire department to turn water off no help from the office .And we can't use the bathroom sink cause it's been broke for two weeks we called the office for a week straight to fix this problem but nobody has came to do a Got Dam thing the workers are always standing under the shed talking but have problems wit there apartment falling apart So our next step is to move out this hell hole Good Bye
Angry Tenant This place is always trashed! In the past, maintenance lived on property. If that’s still the case, why are the dumpsters always a mess???? My ceiling fan hasn’t been fixed! I put in 3 requests to fix my toilet before they came and did it right. Rules say no BBQ pits but they’re everywhere! The basketball court has 1 goal and the other hasn’t been fixed in AT LEAST 4 years!!
For a great deal of the last year or more, I have had only warm water. After reading many of their reviews I find I'm not alone. The state of Texas says hot water is a necessity and lack of is an emergency. Read online Texas Renters Rights regarding hot water and your recourses. Also, landlords do not have to provide air conditioning. My advice: NEVER LEASE FROM CITY GATE PROPERTY GROUP!!! If you do not have hot water, they could end up paying you a month's rent plus $500.00.

if I could give a negative rating for Northern Cross Apartments I would. They are the worst at customer service. If you call the office with an issue they are extremely rude. Then they ignore the issue. I had a package delivered to the office but they "never" received it because they don't accept packages. But the girl got very defensive. I pay way too much for how trashy this place is. The handicap ramps are unsafe. Great place to live! I love my neighbors and it's a nice quiet place to live.
An amazing experience! The manager was very patient explaining everything for me. She allowed us to move in earlier in the day to avoid all my stuff getting rained over. She even came by to check on us and to make sure we had everything we need.
