shhhhh...don't tell anyone how great this place is. centrally located on the cape. rooms are excellent...such a quiet spot in a busy corner of the Cape. I won't tell if you dont....
Been going here for many years. Perfect location mid cape, everything you want is a scenic drive or short walk away. Exceptionally friendly staff. Sure, its a normally used hotel, but they keep up on the rooms and property. Great spot, coming back every year!
In early June 2025 I stayed for 8 nights in room 48, a one bedroom deluxe suite. This was right near the main office and close to the road. There was a small patio with a table and chairs and a private entrance. The view from the kitchen was of the office or of the parking lot/pool/cove and the bedroom had no view and was next to the road. Next to the door was a coat rack. We had a problem with one of the rooms and they let us switch with no hesitation. We got lucky that it is off season, but they are very friendly and accommodating in general. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Amazing water view
