Catfish! The photos on here must be from 1981 when this was first built. This apartment complex looks nothing as pictured. Cant speak for the inside because we couldn't bring ourselves to go in. Good luck if you choose this place
Avoid this mess!!! This apartment complex is a hot mess, from the disrespectful and lazy staff. To the horrible living conditions. They don’t want to fix anything but be quick to file an eviction notice if you late on your rent. The lynd company truly sucks!

I just moved here, I love the apartment it is very nice and spacious.They also put cameras around the complex for our safety. The only thing I hate to see here is the tenants throwing trash all over the ground and some of their blinds in the windows are horrible. We have to start doing better than what we do, just because these people accept section 8 does not mean you should trash the area and everyone on section 8 are not bad people. Avoid at all costs! I fully regret the year I lived in this place. for one thing, it is in a horrible part of town and a lot of shady stuff tended to happen on and around the complex. Don't be fooled by the security gate and guard, either the gate wasn't working or there was a new guard every week. I lived on the third floor, but I wouldn't recommend that since many of the staircases are falling apart. Management even closed one of the staircases but never got around to fixing it. Amazing Apartment My Family and I moved in the Cove from Laplace La. and we love living here. The grounds of the apartment complex are kept so nice and neat. The personnel are so friendly and helpful. Whenever there is a problem in the unit they try to solve it as soon as possible without making you wait long. I would recommend anyone to rent an apartment in The Cove They also make sure that everyone is kept secure are safe and we thank you.

Fantastic I love this apartment complex. My brother and I moved to New Orleans and we felt like this was the perfect apartment. It's really safe. I work late at night and it feels great to come home to a gated community and a courtesy security guard waiting at the gate. There's also a pool, gym, doggie park, and barbecue pits where we can cook. The staff is also really great. They tend to your needs and really consider the residents of the complex. Very quite also.
