It's a good condo, there are certain areas that it isn't in great shapes, like barbecue areas, there is no control about the speed in the condo, and a lot of cars running really fast. The gate a lot of times is broken, but now it's working more than it's broken, no control in the pool (but the pool itself it's great), a lot of people just wait the office close to start drinking, smoking and making a loud mess in the pool at the office, and the other pool is always a mess we can never go there in peace. Reason for the 4 as follows: I saw the model not the actual apartment. Before move in I would like to have a walk through to make sure all things are in tip top shape. Don’t want to have workers in apt after moving in.
