Reason for the 4 as follows: I saw the model not the actual apartment. Before move in I would like to have a walk through to make sure all things are in tip top shape. Don’t want to have workers in apt after moving in.
I have lived in the Cove for almost two years. The staff here are great and very responsive. Maintenance requests are completed quickly as well as after hours emergencies. Someone is always available to help and answer any questions. Thank you :-)
INFORMATIVE And Friendly very professional
My wife and i have been here going on are 5th year. My Father and Mother In-Law came down for the holidays this past XMas. It was there second time coming in from Pittsburgh. The 1st time was a calamity and ruin'. So we didnt think they would ever return. My wife contacted Gina and began to inform her about there last visit... Still living there, can't wait to move out. It is the worst place to live. Zero maintenance, always dirty outside,they even take 5 days to replace a battery in the door lock. They don't care about the residence. Apartments has a lot of mold...
