Very thin walls. I could hear my neighbors talking, walking, unlocking their apartment doors, and their baby crying through the walls and vents, so loudly that it sounded like someone was in my apartment. The plumbing here is old so you can hear the water running from other units very loudly. It has waken my son up almost everyday it is so loud.
