At first, this place feels like a beautiful hotel. BUT the constant late-night partying in the pool has gotten out of control — going on for hours until frustrated residents are forced to step in and beg for quiet. Trash is left everywhere, with clothes and beer cans scattered around the pool area. What should be a gorgeous, relaxing place is quickly being ruined and turned into a dump.
I had a wonderful experience working with Keira Laraque. From start to finish, she made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was always available to answer my questions. Her excellent customer service skills truly stood out, she was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
Room for improvement for sure. Here’s my thoughts: The package room is a mess. There needs to be a better way along with notifications of package arrivals. Most apartment buildings do this. The elevators smell AND are a safety hazard. They continue to close even when an object is in the way aka a person, heaven forbid a child. The neighborhood has some rough spots. So in my honest opinion about the condo they are very small and very expensive and they do have alot of hidden fees. Around 240 dollars extra added every month, A lot of Guys and older people is what I noticed in the community, which was definitely a off atmosphere definitely need more woman renters … there are also a ton of restrictions so much so that it feels like you live in a company, that’s one of the biggest downsides is you feel very micromanaged . there are a ton of homeless people that sleep and hangout at the bus ... read more
