I would give this a negative review if I could! I will say my manager I have dealt with is great… Keira… but , I fortunately, everything she was told to tell prospective residents was failed… The place is dirty, unkept clean. The residence are well the same It would not be that way a lot of money is paid out by residence to live in basically what I would call low income projects without in low income place price
Great place to live the office staff is so friendly and also has the best IG videos! Cameron Keira and Sunshine are an awesome trio! maintenance is fast and Roberto and Micheal are great
UPDATEEE: they are literally telling us that they are going to come into our apartments and mandatory take out all of our furniture to put new floors !!! How insane !!! What they should’ve done was put decent damn flooring to begin with . SMH As excited as we were to move here DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOOKS OF THIS PLACE ! It is beautiful however tons of issues dust in all hallways, loud people especially at night, cosmetic work in apartment done extremely poorly sadly, extremely micromanaged, and this place comes with lots o... read more
Avoid getting a 3 BD unless you want one windowless bedroom, aka a large closet. If it doesn't have a window, it's not a bedroom. Simple. Update: Urine stains all outside of this place. All of the time. You would think they'd keep up with this, but this is what you get. It looked better when it was a dirt lot.
