UPDATEEE: they are literally telling us that they are going to come into our apartments and mandatory take out all of our furniture to put new floors !!! How insane !!! What they should’ve done was put decent damn flooring to begin with . SMH As excited as we were to move here DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOOKS OF THIS PLACE ! Avoid getting a 3 BD unless you want one windowless bedroom, aka a large closet. If it doesn't have a window, it's not a bedroom. Simple. Update: Urine stains all outside of this place. All of the time. You would think they'd keep up with this, but this is what you get. It looked better when it was a dirt lot.

Cameron and Keira are hands down the best. Not only do they bring positivity to the community but they actually care about the people. Thank you for being the most amazing humans The Cove at 47th has to offer! Not to mention the amenities are STUNNING. Beautiful floor plans and great resident events every month make living here a fun time! I can’t wait for the restaurants underneath to be completed! This is the place to be!
Best apartment complex EVER. I’ve lived at so many different places across three different states, living in cheaper complexes and extremely expensive luxury complexes. I have to say the Cove is 100% the best place I’ve ever lived. The apartment itself is beautiful with brand new appliances. Then the amenities are pretty great. Ive been lifting for half my life and while I’ll still be using a gym membership (hammerhead fitness is just across the street!) this is the best apartment gym I’ve ever had.
