They do not fix anything my bathtub has a steady stream of water coming out of it they came in and said it’s just dripping bs I have video of when I got home it was still a steady stream
the water is always going out. The apartments never give you a heads up and it will be off for hours sometimes up to 12 hours. The sewers are the same way.
They suck, they will not fix nothing in a decent amount of time. My A/C has broken down 10 + times in 2 yrs. The apartments are nice on the inside, but the owners are slumlords.
They don't like to fix anything at all and this is an bad place to live at for real.
Roaches. Black mold, poor management......shall I continue. Oh yeah they also lost a month worth of rent and all documentation for it for my sister. DO NOT MOVE HERE
