Why don’t they ever answer their phone do they not have a manager at the cove apartments on extension in Mesa
My washer has been down for more than 2 months and the manager acts like she cant pick up the phone or leave a note on the door telling me what’s going on. Literally call all hours of the day and no one ever answers. So unprofessional.
Pictures are not what it looks like. This place is not luxury like it says at the entry point. This place needs a renovation done bad. 1. Walls are full of coach roaches. 2. Pipe line are backed up, stand in the shower with water filling up to the top. 3. Washing machine don’t work only if you put a pair of clothing in it. 4. Dryer only dries under wear. 5. I’ve lived at the cove about 4 years now and I couldn’t be happier. The manager Sarita is so nice and helpful with any issues I have with my apartment which is hardly any at all. Any work orders I submit are always handled super fast. I love the environment here which is peaceful and quiet. Always nice and clean overall great place to live 🙂
I love living here! So peaceful…such nice snd comfy apartments. Sarita the manager is amazing! She has really helped out a lot on everything. Any little thing that is needed she does anything to help right away! So awesome to have such an amazing manager that actually cares about the people that lives in this complex. I don’t plan leaving anytime soon.
