This place is a joke I've been here 2 months I have 10 months to deal with this place and their roaches. Help Today Lord Jesus. My kitchen sink has been leaking since I moved in. The exterminators don't come till 4:00 in the evening but I need to be gone for 4 hours 🥺🤔
my patio door had a .5 inch gap at the top where it didn't fully close. The apartment building itself had structural damage that they needed to shuffle the first floor around to deal with (they never told me on the second floor about this). I had to kill at least one cockroach a week for the duration of my lease, sometimes more. I saw mouse droppings. They gave at least three cockroaches the landlord special when repainting, which is impressive considering how skiddish cockroaches are that they were so used to human contact ... read more
