The Courtyards is one of the better places to live off campus on North Campus. I have never had a problem or issue with anything. Maintenance is great and very responsive as well as friendly in all interactions.
Not satisfied with the staff. As a resident who stands out (super bright colored hair), comes in the office multiple times each month, the employees still forget that I am a resident here. They are unclear about their policies and say different things word of mouth versus what's in the contract. However, one employee, Sagor + another that I can't remember the name of have always given me friendly service and are always there when I need anything with smiling faces. My bed as bedbugs when I first arrive here, but then their treatment is good. Although it costed me a lot of time to fight with it, and it ruined my mood, I think the courtyards staff treated this problem responsibly and appropriately.
