Lady that answered the phone is very dismissive & rude. Hung up on me before I could ask for the corporate office number. Need different management or people answering the phones.
There are some really great caregivers left, but most don’t stay long. The food is absolutely awful and not at all adequate to meet the dietary needs of the residents. It’s often tough, overcooked and the cheapest cuts of meat are used. My mom has lived here for over a year and things were great when she moved in. Things started going down hill with the change of owners and poor management. We pay over $6000 a month without getting what we were told would be provided. The Courtyards is a wonderful place for a loved one who can no longer live alone. In the short time our mom was there, the staff was so attentive to her every need. As her needs changed, so did the care she received from the staff. There were a few hic-ups, but that is just normal getting to know your likes and schedule. To the staff, all of you deserve a big thank you and all of you were so wonderful, but especially Cassie. I don't know what we would have done without her calm reassurance.
