hi this is Charles Terry I moved my father-in-law into the courtyards about 3 weeks ago and I couldn't be any happier everybody over there has got a smile on their face and is taking care of business everyday I highly recommend you take them into consideration if you're going somewhere with one of your old people
Lady that answered the phone is very dismissive & rude. Hung up on me before I could ask for the corporate office number. Need different management or people answering the phones.
There are some really great caregivers left, but most don’t stay long. The food is absolutely awful and not at all adequate to meet the dietary needs of the residents. It’s often tough, overcooked and the cheapest cuts of meat are used. My mom has lived here for over a year and things were great when she moved in. Things started going down hill with the change of owners and poor management. We pay over $6000 a month without getting what we were told would be provided.
