I am so impressed with Courtyards. My 101 year old Mother feels so pampered here. A special thank you to Stephanie who is so attentive to her. She said she treats her residents how she would like to have her own Mother treated. She is very personable and professional. Our nurse, Amy, has taken charge and in a good way. She is on top of the medications and works very well with the residents, the family members and Interium to make certain everything is correct. Jesus is another valued staff member. Ka’Sandra, the Executive Director, is very knowledgeable and has all of the heart for her residents and staff. The staff truly care. The building is well maintained and smells nice. I definitely would trust them with my loved one!!
The director KaSandra Lee is very accessible and great because with her team the facility is well run. She has listening ears and works with everyone to grow and acquire the skills they need to advance. With her, there is room for growth. The caregivers love what they do and really do take care of the residents. I will recommend the facility to everyone because it is "Home away from Home" for residents and there is opportunity for workers to advance in their career.
It’s been a great experience so far wonderful staff with great residents !
