I am leaving this review not because I currently live here, but because of the extremely disappointing experience I had while trying to tour an apartment. I was scheduled to tour a unit on July 10 at 2:30 p.m. The leasing agent stayed in contact with me leading up to the appointment and even sent me a reminder text the day of the tour. I moved here during the winter months and everything was fine as I saw the couple reviews about roaches. I cleaned the apartment and sprayed around the edges and everything had been fine. I saw a dead baby roach in my dish cabinet a few weeks ago and brushed it off since it had been the only one I’ve seen. Just today I’ve had to kill two, one on the floor and another on the stove which were both baby ones which means there are more. This place is falling apart and I’ve only been here half a year. Roach infested, mildew ridden apartments with no regulations on crime. Don’t be fooled on the low prices in a semi safe area. Management team using unclear working in lease agreements to steal as much money from the tenets as they can. DO NOT RENT HERE.
Rats when we moved in roaches throughout the year in our so-called "pest free environment." Management hardly responds and doesn't take any action. The pile-up of kroger carts near the entrances was addressed by emailing us and not doing anything. The building needs a full renovation, and all the management needs to wake up and start working or be replaced.
i was going to wait to post this but i’m really hoping management sees this and helps us out. it’s been extremely difficult communicating with them because of the lack of email responses, and no answers to our calls. there is definitely a pest issue here, which is unfortunate because we specifically asked about it to which we were reassured was not an existing issue. within two weeks of our lease we caught 2 rats that would claw through holes in one of the bedroom walls, and now have a roach issue. the bugs were living in on... read more
