I just want to start off saying I have written many negative reviews on websites for this place and they magically disappear. I would not be surprised if this review gets deleted as well. It's pathetic this place is controlling what is posted about them, making themselves look so wonderful when they are not. Bad Business Tactics this place has!!! This weekend I had the honor and privilege to witness my sister in law get married to the love of her life at one of the most beautiful venues I've been at in South Texas-that being The Courtyard at Gaslight Square. The Courtyard was beautiful and enchanting with an ambiance of every brides dream wedding. I have been waiting for a quote for my wedding for a week, and I still haven't received a reply by email. I am a little disappointed, because I have requested the quote twice by phone and I have left a reminder via text. And still waiting.
Great place for weddings
My new wife and I, would like to thank Danielle and all the staff at the courtyard for making our wedding ceremony and reception the best day of our lives. From the gorgeous look of the venue, the quality and taste of the food, the ambiance of the rooms, the coordinated point of detail to the staff.... I mean EVERYTHING was on point to make OUR day the best it could ever be.... I couldn't have asked to have my wedding at any other place... So thank you very much and look forward to doing many more events there again.
What a wonderful place to have any event! My husband & I got married here in September. It was absolutely beautiful & the courtyard itself was phenomenal - no need to have any other decor other than your centerpieces. This place has twinkling lights, a tree that falls perfectly in the courtyard & a gorgeous water fountain where the alter is. Danielle & her team were so so good to Ace & I.
