External area is kept very dirty, obviously no Gardner. Tenants have broken down cars cluttering the drive in and out. Garbage scattered as well. This has poor property management. It even looks like someone is living in the back by the fence. It's not a great kept up place!!
Not bad not good. It's about standard for what you paid for. It's not a $1,500 a month apartment complex. If you want a super high-end apartment complex then expect to pay a lot more. Some people have lived here for a really long time and like it I saw a couple of undesirable neighbors but overall not bad if you are traveling military or nurse or something like that.

Pretty ghetto place. As I was moving in a drug bust was happening, moved out ASAP. Have been trying to get my security deposit back to no avail. 10/10 would not move here again.
