I moved out BEFORE my lease ended and had gave a 60 day notice of intent to vacate, per the lease, but they still are trying to charge me $2200+ for the following months. don’t recommend ANYONE move here. I did an 8 month lease and couldn’t wait to move out. I just didn’t have much options when I chose to move there. NOT WORTH THE RATES ‼️ property manager isn’t fair at all. Place has gone downhill tremendously ‼️ Tenants are cool but management is terrible.
I gave them all my details before filling out any applications. They knew how much I made and still made me pay for 2 application fees just to tell me I didn't make enough to stay there. They completely disregarded the info they had before hand just to wring money from my pockets. I'm a disabled Vet who recently moved back to NC. Thought they were gonna help me find a place for me my wife and kid
