The Courtyard owners and Apartment Dynamics actively do not care about handicap and disabled people. I truly feel discriminated against for needing a handicap spot. DO NOT RENT WITH APARTMENT DYNAMICS OR WITH FISHER REALTY. They will spend more time, effort, and energy in explaining how it isn't their responsibility and go after the disabled person complaining about the non disabled people in a marked handicap spot and then threaten to terminate the lease instead of just keeping the handicap parking clear. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. Much of my experience here was affected by a lack of meaningful resolution when concerns were raised. Issues were reported, but over time it felt as though they simply did not matter or were not taken seriously. There appeared to be unequal enforcement of community rules. I was told at times that I could not do certain things, only to later observe other residents being allowed to do the same without issue.
