I gave them all my details before filling out any applications. They knew how much I made and still made me pay for 2 application fees just to tell me I didn't make enough to stay there. They completely disregarded the info they had before hand just to wring money from my pockets. I'm a disabled Vet who recently moved back to NC. Thought they were gonna help me find a place for me my wife and kid
The Courtyard owners and Apartment Dynamics actively do not care about handicap and disabled people. I truly feel discriminated against for needing a handicap spot. DO NOT RENT WITH APARTMENT DYNAMICS OR WITH FISHER REALTY. They will spend more time, effort, and energy in explaining how it isn't their responsibility and go after the disabled person complaining about the non disabled people in a marked handicap spot and then threaten to terminate the lease instead of just keeping the handicap parking clear.
