Jan 2025 update, there is definite improvement with the new management company. If for no other reason the office staff doesn't seem nearly as unprofessional, cold, and confrontational. Extremely polite and appear to actually listen and even take notes to ensure whatever brought you in was addressed. So far I am impressed. Update for 2024, handicap parking is not enforced and just a suggestion. Will NEVER have your best interests in mind. The current people in the office do not follow up with residents. This isn't the Courtyard...this is actually Forest Village over here on Woodson/Poplar Street. Always dirty... certain people are always in and out like a college dorm because there's always college students living here...dogs and dog hair everywhere. People don't clean up after themselves whether it's actual trash or the liquid drippings from the trash. There's no amenities other than the small pool, and you can never really get out there to enjoy it because the same people are always out there as if it's mainly their pool.... read more
I’ve been living here for over 5 years now, I can openly say; it’s very safe, peaceful and people are nice. Never have I ever seen a fight or police come here!
