We recently moved into the Courts of Devon after downsizing from a single family home in Darnestown. It was a pleasure working with the management office to find the perfect apartment for us. They were always quick to respond and pleasant to work with. Our apartment overlooks the fountains and swimming pool giving us the feeling of being at a beach resort. All of the staff, especially Monica W., at The Courts of Devon are extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. It’s a great apartment community in an excellent location. I’ve been very pleased with my experience here and truly appreciate how welcoming and responsive the staff are!
It is a very clean and pleasant property to live in; it is very secure, with easy access to parking and the units. The staff is highly professional, friendly, helpful, and transparent when it comes to making a deal. As a contractor, I have noticed that the team truly cares about meeting housing standards—I can vouch for that—and they ensure equal treatment for all residents. We had a touring scheduled for 3 pm with Monica. We arrived 3 pm sharp, instead of greeting us and honoring the appointment, Monica spent 30 minutes on the phone with another client, going over details of the apartments while we were waiting outside her office. We then had to speed tour to catch another viewing we had, which ultimately we missed and got cancelled. We felt that our time was not respected. We made the trip from Baltimore to check out this property and it was a huge disappointment in how we got treated.
While walking the property, I met Jose, the service manager, and asked him a couple of questions. He was awesome and very knowledgeable about his work. I don’t live at The Courts of Devon, but I live across the street and always notice how hard the staff works. The maintenance team is constantly outside keeping the property looking top-notch. Great job by the entire team!
