I lived at Courts of Devon for three years and while there were a few management changes over time, Kurt Martinez was there most of it and is a fantastic manager. He's kind, welcoming, attentive to questions and all around cares about residents. In addition, Pedro, Luis and Aldo were always quick to respond and fix maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. We have rented Apartment 156 for the past year and a half, and our experience at The Courts of Devon has been outstanding. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and we especially appreciate the new vinyl floors and the generous closet space. Kurt Martinez and the office staff have always answered our questions promptly. They are just a phone call away whenever we need assistance.
