Great apartment with all the amenities you could want including holiday parties.
I overall enjoyed living here. The location and staff are the reason to rent at Courts of Devon. Location (5/5): The Kentlands is a fantastic place to live. Trails, restaurants, and stores are within walking distance of the community. It's also decent for commuting. Apartments (3/5): From a finishes perspective, the apartments are standard and unremarkable. The appliances skew old and some of the craftsmanship (like paint and crown molding) is very poor. I lived here for over two years. Leaving due to getting a new job in another state! I had a wonderful time at the Courts of Devon. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with everything you need within walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, doctors, dentists, lake walks...). The community is very well managed- everything is kept clean and looking great. I appreciated the community events as well and the office staff were always great.
Amazing property- the lobby is gorgeous and the staff are so helpful- they make you feel so at home!
The management office is very responsive and friendly. The maintenance folk are exceptional. The location is quiet and safe, and my apartment is comfortable and is just perfect for what I currently need.
