absolute trash, left my door open for 10+ minutes wide open with two pets and door was left unlocked for 6 hours. Probably had stuff stolen. No compensation whatsoever. Will be posting photos elsewhere and videos. No sympathy, and proceeds to nickel and dime charge on move out and everything. Horrible neighbors
The apartment is generally good, but there is one massive issue that makes it unbearable. The floors are incredibly creaky. Not little squealy creaks, loud cracking across the entire floor above. It just is not possible to have any resemblance of peace. Unless you are living on a top floor unit, I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their sanity. I’ve been living here over 2 years now and I first I was happy … but quickly realized how bad this place SUCKS ! The ONLY person who has shown any sort of professional or concern is Kara . The management ? SUCKS ! They’re never in , always on “leave or vacation” so you can never get an answer from them if you call . But if you go into the office “management” is just sitting in the office on their phone & even if you have a question for them they’ll literally whisper to a front desk rep and have them deliver the message 5 fee... read more
Please address the parking situation, this complex has a big amount of sketchy cars (beaten up, fake temp tags) parked on the street and the cars coming out of the complex have poor visibility due to this and end up throwing themselves at traffic without seeing if a car is coming or not. It looks cheap.
I have been living here for three years and i cannot wait for my lease to end, i originally thought it’s a good place to live due to location but thats pretty much the only good thing about this place. I have asked them to fix my heater 6 times and its still freezing during the winter freeze storm either the fireplace on. AC the summer is also not great. Maintenance requests are slow, it took them a week to fix a leak i had that ended up flooding my bathroom. They replaced my dryer also after a long time and they put a new o... read more
