I love this place. They have a decent gym and the staff is friendly. Apartment is so dam nice 10/10. Wish I could give more than 5 stars
My edited version: I’ve lived here for two years going to three and I recently upgraded from a small unit to a bigger one, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. What was supposed to be a simple, smooth transfer quickly became a headache. We signed paperwork for one apartment, but after multiple calls to sign forgotten forms from Matt, that unit was “accidentally” rented online. Mi experiencia en The Courts ha sido muy decepcionante. Desde que me mudé, no han solucionado las reparaciones básicas del apartamento, y me han informado que cuando tengan un personal de mantenimiento disponible lo enviarán al apartamento, pero a mi parecer no tienen personal por lo que no han podido atender los daños. I don't leave at this apartment but I used to be security for the apartment
I can not recommend this apartment complex. 1) Raw sewage - Water pipes that break in the parking garage are usually connected to sewer lines, and you will see toilet tissue coming out of the pipes from the ceiling onto parked vehicles. 2) It's an older complex, and the units are not insulated. The electric bill for a 950 sq. ft. unit was $250 a month, regardless of the season.
