I can not recommend this apartment complex. 1) Raw sewage - Water pipes that break in the parking garage are usually connected to sewer lines, and you will see toilet tissue coming out of the pipes from the ceiling onto parked vehicles. 2) It's an older complex, and the units are not insulated. The electric bill for a 950 sq. ft. unit was $250 a month, regardless of the season. Frequent "emergency" Water shut down.
I’ve lived here for two years going to three and I recently upgraded from a small unit to a bigger one, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. What was supposed to be a simple, smooth transfer quickly became a headache. We signed paperwork for one apartment, but after multiple calls to sign forgotten forms from Matt, that unit was “accidentally” rented online. I have been a resident for 2 years and can say staff is friendly from office to maintenance. Any maintenance items are addressed in timely manner. My kids and I love the pool areas! Neighbors are friendly too.
While I sincerely appreciate the management’s willingness to work with a military organization to cover my move-in costs, there are several concerns I feel compelled to share about this community. First, the water is shut off in at least one building nearly every week, and repairs seem inconsistent—some units are addressed while others are ignored.
