I have lived here for about two years and I am completely over it. The elevator situation is a nightmare. One is always broken, so we are stuck waiting forever to go up or down. The door to the parking lot has been broken for over six months. The front gate where a shooting occurred does not even work, which means anyone can walk in or out freely. What has happened to the tranquility and peace that was experienced in this building? Why do people abuse and interrupt the tranquility of the residents? Every night a group of people gather at the BBQ to have parties, talk and shout and disturb the tranquility. Please, I know they are free to do so, but we must be aware that there are people who need to rest.
Bad customer service, non-flexible maintenance hours, roaches in stairwell hallways, internet prices into fees goes out constantly for days, if your ac goes out they may ask you to just open your windows and balcony door even if you live on first floor, there was a shooting recently and they took a week to give us information that could and should have been shared same day. Just not worth the price they are asking
As a resident, I have nothing nice to say about the staff and management here along with the living conditions. Amenities including elevators are always out of service, doors not secure to the building, internet outages are constant which you aren’t allowed to opt out of their paid package, the smells and infestations are gross, you can expect to see feces in the hallways, PACKAGES ARE ALWAYS MISSING, as of last week there was a shooting incident in a visitor parking space, and the list goes on.
