Walls paper thin. Upstairs neighbors dog barks for hours nonstop staring at 7 am and goes till 2 am. NON STOP. Multiple complaints to the office and they do nothing. You can buy anti bark devices on Amazon for under $20 and yet the office has been no help in this situation. It’s ridiculous. Pay all this money for a apartment to live in PEACE and can’t even sleep a normal schedule
Excellent managerial service with Miss Sylvia Sandoval, including top tier maintenance. The best yet!!!!
I've been here a few years. It's a good place to live. It's secluded but not cut off. The area is calm. I don't know of any criminal activity within the complex. Miss Sylvia gets things done promptly. Most of the units are full but it's quiet at night. I'll be here for a few more years at least.
Current resident, this would be my second year living here and have always thought these were good apartments. I was considering moving, but once Miss Silvia became the new manager, everything changed for the better. She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and truly goes out of her way to help us residents, she truly values this property. It makes a huge difference when management values their residents and for that I’ve decided to stay, shout out to the maintenance guy Nino, Thank you for making this property clean
Just moved in recently. The place feels quiet and safe. Management has been helpful and takes care of things when needed. No complaints so far.
