The way they handle reporting on people who have passed is extremely insensitive to the families, especially when they can't even spell the name correctly. Their response to family members who call with concerns is also abhorrent. This paper needs to understand that it is possible to report the news while still being respectful.

This Newspaper keeps its citizens well informed about what's happening in our county. Jeff Hogan goes above and beyond for us citizens! Thank you Jeff for helping me when google couldn't give me the information I needed! I have been receiving this Newspaper for years and will continue to do so.
