The staff is rude and incompetent when placing ads. They need lessons in customer service
The way they handle reporting on people who have passed is extremely insensitive to the families, especially when they can't even spell the name correctly. Their response to family members who call with concerns is also abhorrent. This paper needs to understand that it is possible to report the news while still being respectful.
