My husband and I brought in our beloved cat Luna in last week when she got really sick. She was older and we knew she was having some health problems. The staff was very sweet and considerate throughout the whole process. We ended up deciding it would be best to have her put down and it was one of the hardest and saddest things I’ve ever had to go through. So glad we found this vet and they were willing to accept our dog on short notice when we was not feeling well. Levi is feeling much better after his stomach surgery! They called to check on him several times afterwards and were always more than happy to answer our questions! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and you can really tell they love what they do!
I just want to take a moment and thank everyone who helped my husband and I yesterday to let our sweet boy Smokey run pain free over the rainbow bridge. He had the best last day he could have ever had...he was so happy, his tail was wagging like crazy and that smile he was giving was amazing to see and we are eternally grateful. Well the place is very clean very comfortable it makes you feel like you're at home the staff is amazing. Gracie felt loved and she is never felt that way before at a vet's office. And believe me we know our animals we know how they feel and when they are comfortable and she was very comfortable around this place.
I had to put my cat down yesterday. Stessy has been with the family for 18 years. Dr. McCaskill was so compassionate and allowed me my time to make peace and love on my precious kitty one last time. She even explained to me what was going to happen once she gave the medicine and stayed with me until Stessy went off to kitty heaven. I cried so hard, but she comforted me until I left.
