After our septic was pumped, I called a few weeks later to pay the balance. I hadn't received a bill in the mail yet but knew a balance was due and wanted to take care of if. Our bill was for $300 and I gave payment information over the phone. The next week when I sat down to pay bills, I noticed a charge for $309 on my account. The Country Plumber was recommended by the City of Portage Water department due to having a Lateral line potentially plugged by debris/tree roots. When Country Plumbers was contacted the receptionist was really polite and understood my concern. After checking with Management for response time a voicemail was left on my phone stating they could respond the same day.
