Food Poison – On Monday, April 19th 2010, I and 2 of my coworkers had lunch at the Counter in Roswell, GA. Since we work in the area we have lunch there about 3 times a month. However, after eating at the Counter this particular day I became very nauseous. I ordered my usual; turkey burger with mix greens, jalapeno cheese, and bacon, hard boiled eggs on a wheat bun with roasted garlic aioli sauce with fries. One of my coworkers ordered a turkey burger as well, different toppings, and also became nauseous.
NASTY FOOD, advertise burgers but can't even cook one well!! – So we decided to go to this place today. Custom Burgers huh? Well it SOUNDED like it was going to be an ultimate experience to everyday burgers, but it was just plainly disgusting. The menu is clever and their presentation impeccable, but the execution is just POOR...no, SUPER poor. Let's start with the service. Racist Servers – Today I went with two of my friends to your Roswell, GA location. After my party was seated, the waiter for the section in which we were seated avoided serving or even acknowledging my party for approximately 12-15 minutes. Eventually a hostess happened by and we asked if we were supposed to prompt someone or return our custom burger sheets before a waiter would come to our table. So Very Tastey – It was a great size portion, very tastey, nice friendly staff, very clean
Simply Amazing – Although it's a bit pricey, the portions are huge. There is a wide variety of toppings (understatement of the year) and some of the best milkshakes ever. You can customize just about everything. Overall, a great place to go.
Top notch burgers with infintite topping possibilities – The topping choices are vast, some quite exotic, but almost all very very good. The onion rings and fried come in huge portions (the burger portions are gluttonous). The milkshakes are also some of the best i have ever had anywhere.
