Carly is truly one of the best therapists I know. I worked with her for years and have always been blown away by her compassion, insight, and how safe people feel around her. She started The Counseling Nook with so much heart, and it shows in everything she does. I’ve sent close friends and family her way and every single one has had a great experience.
I sent in my information because I was in need of counseling due to a loved one completing suicide. I was given an email to fill out a packet but never heard back from this agency. I called back myself two weeks later and was told they could not find my information even though I can bring it up in my portal with them. I was told the owner would be asked to give me a call regarding this issue, but I never received one.
