Watch out. This company will bait you in with minimal intake and evaluation fees but hold your results hostage with massive fees. We wasted months and lost progress because of this.

Very thorough and professional evaluation using reliable tools. Dr. Brown was very helpful explaining the tests, the results, diagnosis and recommendations. Very much appreciated the care we received. We feel much more informed and equipped to help our daughter. Will be seeking further counseling services at Brains to continue the process.

They did an excellent job testing my son and making recommendations. It was several years ago and this may have changed, but the only issue I had was that our insurance did not cover a large portion of the cost (I believe $500) and thry did not tell me that ahead. They let me think it would be my normal copay until a couple weeks later when I got the bill.

I do not have any complaints about Tom, my son’s counselor. I have complaints about the office manager who was rude, insulting, and unprofessional. She was more than unprofessional and became very personal with my son and myself in regards to payments. My son had been a patient at Brains for 5 years. My insurance paid thousands of dollars for services. Very poorly run office.
