Can't say enough good things about The Counseling Affect! Sara Campbell and her staff, helped my daughters through some rough times. They always made themselves available. Whenever we were having a crisis, they were there for us. Thank you!!

I do retract my review. Counciling Affect called me and tried to answer all my questions throughly as she could.
I made the mistake of trusting that they would be transparent about their fees and time and they were not. There is no effort made to make sure their fees are transparent. The information on their website is incorrect but you have to reach out for someone to tell you that. (Not your therapist, they can't even tell you how to pay) An hour and a half session isn't an hour and a half but you'll still be charged that way.
Couldn’t get anyone on the phone and every extension hangs up the call instantly. There’s no way to leave a voicemail either. Terrible communication. Find someone who will actually provide service. Maybe get a receptionist instead of an automatic answering machine. I’d give 0 out of 5 if that was possible.
