Paul worked with us to find a condo early in 2022. He was great to work with. His knowledge about each of the buildings we considered was very helpful. He researched and sent us a lot of information about condos that had sold recently. His analysis of comps for the condo we eventually bought was very helpful in presenting an offer. He was super responsive -- usually quicker than we expected. We enjoyed his company; he was pleasant to be with. I would highly recommend Paul Cottone as a real estate agent.
