Our team, Diane and Josh, were prepared and knowledgeable about our area. That enabled us to set a realistic price and field multiple offers in a very short time frame. We listed and had three offers in three days, then Josh's impressive negotiating skills really came into play when the first offer we'd accepted dropped out.
