Watch out! These people coerced my young adult daughter into signing a lease. The lease contained errors and omissions and my daughter was neither financially nor situationally eligible to lease there. The Cottages are now attempting extortion by referring the 'debt' to a collection agency. To my amazement, they are attempting to collect from me as well (with no contact, discussion or signatures from me or my wife) via the same collection agency.
