My grandparents have lived here for 2 years & they really enjoy living here. The cottages are well kept, and everyone is always so friendly including management!
I have lived here over a year I like my apartment-it's one floor, washer and dryer in house, garage (additional cost). Apartment size is good for me. I came from a 3 bedroom ranch-did do some decluttering!! Location is secluded but convenient to University and bypass. Feel secure here.
I recently visited this property after hearing wonderful comments from friends that have family members that reside at The Cottages. I was not disappointed as the grounds are well kept and units are spacious and beautiful! The manager was very polite and friendly. Answered many questions about the property and said feel free to call if you think of anything else!
I have lived at the cottages a Pleasant Hill for three years now. I have been very happy and pleased with my apartment the size of it how nice it is, the management, and their responsiveness, and how well it is up cap. The manager is very easy to work with and responsive. Maintenance answer is you usually within 10 or 15 minutes if it’s an emergency and or prompt and getting repairs done. I would recommend the cottage is a Pleasant Hill to anyone.
