I have been working for the cottages for closely to 3 years now. I love the Staff and admins. Nothing but great attitudes, hard workers, continuing to strive to do better. The cottages is very on brand with making the facility feel like a home! The ceo and hr are very helpful, considerate, and generous when it comes to residents and staff. Our family entrusted The Cottages with the care of our mother, expecting compassion, safety, and professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience has raised serious and deeply distressing concerns that we believe others should be aware of before making such an important decision for their loved one. The Cottages of Meridian has the best staff and really care for their residents. My mother passed away yesterday and had been failing for a few days. It happened so fast. They were amazing! They checked on her every couple of hours and loved my mom. The manager, Heather, made a little snack and water cart and put it in her room for the family. She is alway on top of everything.
