Frustrating rental experience. I generally like the location, neighborhood, etc. But as a renter I'm expecting a certain level of maintenance. The unit came with a new, but crappy dryer. It broke the third time I used it. I had to arrange service for it myself, and ultimately it was replaced. Now a year later the new one broke and this time the leasing office was even less helpful.
What started as a fairly easy process quickly descended into one of the most annoying, and poorly communicated experiences I’ve ever had with a housing company. First of all, our move in was pushed back multiple days, and we were only told a day before we were supposed to move in at 4 in the afternoon. Not only that, the house is not even finished.
