We love it here! We moved here in November and the last few months have been great. Our townhome was new, so we were the first tenants to move in which was AMAZING. It was clean, and new. Love that. Walls are thick, can't really hear neighbors. I really love the open concept, though I wish the living area was bigger! The neighborhood is okay. Some neighbors are rude, some are nice. Me and my husband moved in here last month and we have nothing but good things to say. First off Amy, the leasing manager, is absolutely AMAZING. She is super quick to reply, and is very helpful. She made up feel welcomed since the application process and was able to answer all of our questions. She has the best attitude, and she genuinely cares about the residents here. I came here as a perspective resident, but when I saw the nasty green condition they keep the pool in I decided to go somewhere else to rent from. How can they charge over 2k a month for rent and keep the pool in those conditions for the residents to swim in. They only care about profits not the people renting. If I could give no stars I would.
