They will sell on the idea that you are getting a perfect home.. it is not! I have been in the house for 1.5 years and already have several issues.. main one is a roof leak. Funny thing is the roofer I had inspect it after we noticed the leak said it was from a previous fix prior to purchasing the home. Mungo will not fix the issue and obviously does not stand by their work. Which is subpar. The trim work and columns in my home are all off centered and on a weird angle.
