Size = 1/5 small place, can get significantly bigger for the same or slightly cheaper price Community = 2/5 they host little events every year, but there is feces everywhere outside Maintenance = 3/5 I liked the maintenance men, but they always seemed to come at odd times Move out experience = 1/5 called numerous times because I had not received my end total, or the payment form. Instead of emailing it to me like what was stated, it was sent to collections.
My kids and I love our apartment. I am only giving it 4 stars because I wish they could add a basketball court or playground area. I also think they need to add some speed bumps in the parking areas. People like to speed in and out of the gates throughout the day and at night as well. They have a nice pool and a decent gym. Danielle at the front desk is amazing! She is always super helpful! If you do decide to move here, I recommend you go and speak to her! She will always take care of you
I visited this property in hopes of getting a better idea on my first apartment. I met Alexa who was extremely kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions which was SO refreshing. Previous representatives from other apartment complexes have been rude to me or passive-aggressively answered my questions. Thankfully, that was not my experience today. Alexa went above and beyond and I am so glad I had her to help me in this process. She’s absolutely amazing!
