If I could get this place a zero I would. I had a pleasant experience while I was living Here with the staff who was very helpful however I overpaid in rent approximately 3–4 times while living here. I brought this to the attention To the front office and Danielle the assistant manager, who tried for several months to get the company to even respond to the overpayment and They gave her the runaround the entire time. Overall great living experience. Resident for 1 year. Only issue I had was with the AC unit dripping from the ceiling, maintenance service was quick to respond, quiet friendly community, professional staff. Highly recommended if you are military or looking for an east side apartment overall.
