Gourmet food on a trash can lid I’ve been here for 5 years, and it’s been quite the ride. I stayed because the rent was low, but with these new rent prices I’m out! I can hear my neighbors sneeze and the property is in some kind of internet black hole. I can’t keep a consistent connection on my phone, on the plugged in connection in my desktop, and definitely not on anything using WiFi. Don't move here They are always going up in rent.. When you first move in you pay a good price where you budget your bills then raise it on you.. Also make you get renters insurance.. The gate to get in and out is always broke.. Which in return people been breaking into peoples cars.. Maintenance and other crew members do mow and blow walk ways but where stair cases are and the lights and around doors in walk way area are full of spiders constantly walking through webs and spiders constantly getting in our home.. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Management is rude. They raise rent every year. They have hidden fees for work orders. It always smells of weed. Trash everywhere. Pet waste all over the property. Loud music late at night and early in the morning. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! You can find way better apartment complexes for way cheaper!
New management sucks We've been living here for two years. When we first moved the place seemed nice, however with this new management the place is always dirty. Garbage all over the parking area and grass. The garbage dump is always overwhelming packed and gushing out, which is nasty. When I first moved here maintanence was real nice and always attentive. DO NOT MOVE HERE If I could give a lower star count I would. This company is absolutely ridiculous. I had one late payment and now I am unable to make online payments. I have to go to the bank and get a money order, then travel to the oter side of town to drop it off. Even then the office doesn't check their drop box properly, and I still get charged late fees. The maintence group is a joke. I've had mold in my ceilings at least 4 times. Each time it took at least 4 days to get someone out to take care of it. I've been waiti... read more
Nice ! The apartments are great ! Very spacious ! Staff are amazing. But if you don't like crickets you may want to stay on the second floor ! During the summer the crickets were crazy ! Other than that ! Great place to call home ! Property is quite as well
