It's bad enough for the ratings of blue bird creek to be in the low 2's and further more you see all these bad reviews popping up showing how the tenants are disgusted, discouraged and very unhappy living here . The apartments are likable, spacious and easy to maintain. However, we do need maintenance at times and when calling the emergency number, if you could see the look on the person that answers, oh my, she does not like being contacted after hours I've been reading all of the reviews and the phone number the mysteri... read more
I have lived in numerous apartment complexes over the last 20 years, but I have never experienced anything like I've experienced here. Too many negative things to list here. It's terrible living here. The ONLY positive thing about this place is that it is brand new and the floorplan is spacious. Other than that, It has been one of the worst experiences of my life! It's a small complex, about 45 apartments and I have not spoken to anyone that lives here that feels living here has been a positivee experience. We have all tried... read more
