I cannot recommend this community based on my experience. When my family first moved into The Cottages, we were genuinely happy. The community is attractive, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, things changed once the summer heat arrived. Our air conditioning consistently struggled to keep the apartment comfortable. I do not recommend this community. I am writing this review from my comfortably air-conditioned new home, located a mile from the Cottages. Last year, my family lived at the Cottages, and at first, we loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property itself is beautiful. I just moved into The Cottages in April. It is the most amazing community. The office staff is so friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. The Maintenance guys are so friendly and they complete any request very quickly. I have lived at 2 other communities and this is by far head and shoulders above anyone else! If you are looking for a new home this is the place to live. Neighbors are friendly and it is so close to everything you need! 5 stars!!!
A warning to prospective tenants about ApproveShield I am not reflecting on the property itself, which was professional and genuinely sympathetic throughout this process. However, prospective tenants deserve to know what they may encounter through their screening vendor, ApproveShield. A close friend, fully qualified by every standard metric, was put through an extraordinary ordeal. ApproveShield closed her review without explanation, complained when asked to reopen it, and demanded she rush-file her taxes at her own expense... read more
