I would not recommend this community based on my experience. Management is virtually nonexistent, and there seems to be little accountability for ongoing issues. Noise is a constant problem, with children frequently running through the property, including areas that should be private. Parking is often an issue, the pool is poorly managed, and the landscaping is not well maintained. I cannot recommend this community based on my experience. When my family first moved into The Cottages, we were genuinely happy. The community is attractive, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, things changed once the summer heat arrived. Our air conditioning consistently struggled to keep the apartment comfortable. During the hottest parts of the day, the temperature often stayed around 74°F and sometimes climbed above 76°F, despite the system running with very little airflow. I do not recommend this community. I am writing this review from my comfortably air-conditioned new home, located a mile from the Cottages. Last year, my family lived at the Cottages, and at first, we loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property itself is beautiful.
