When I came to apply for an apartment the representative was very friendly and helpful I was showed an apartment it was nice but very small!!!!!!!
If you ever have a problem do not call the office the lady on the phone will just go "i unno" and not bother getting off the desk. Been dealing with a bed bug infestation with no help, hope my neighbors won't mind. Lol at the management telling me I'm wrong. I didn't want to name any names but the management here is run by Alicia and Michelle. Never met anyone so unprofessional.
The maintenance was done on the day I requested it. The toilet, which was not flushing properly if at all, now works much better than before. The maintenance staff was tidy and respectful.
