I have recently seen a doctor here, who was great however the receptionist was so rude. My in-person consultation she was very dismissive and almost slammed the eftpos machine down on the counter. I had a follow up call and she hung up straight away after getting the details she needed without even a thank you.

I don’t know where to start. New to the country and area, I ran into these doctors’ rooms one morning, just a complete mess. The compassion I received from the reception staff, will never leave me. I sadly can’t remember who was on duty that morning, but YOU will remember me .. I am forever grateful for your kindness, thank you. And for suggesting Dr Esmarie Bridge, who has become our personal GP. I have so much respect and appreciation for Dr Karen Oswald. She is a true gift to the community and medical profession. Incredibly astute, professional and funny, warm, caring and genuine. She sets a very high standard for other Doctors to aspire to. I am so glad to have received her intelligent graceful care. Reception staff are also very helpful and supportive.
